This year, we are proud to support Women For Change, a powerful movement leading the fight against Gender-Based Violence and Femicide. WFC creates a safe space for survivors to be heard, supported, and believed. With GBV continuing to rise in South Africa, and with so many women and children among our team, customers, and loved ones, we support their mission and stand in solidarity with survivors across the country.

All SA & International subscribers will receive a password for early access at (8am SAST/6am GMT) on the 24th of November 2025. If you have not subscribed already make sure to sign up now.

Exchanges & Return
Items purchased during the Black Friday sale [online & in-store] may be returned or exchanged within a 60-day period. Please note that sale items are refundable to your original payment method or to a gift card. If you made the purchase with a gift card, you will be funded in the same method.
Your Wishlist
By having an account on our website, you can save your favourite products to your Wishlist. When the site switches over to Black Friday discounts, selected sale items on your Wishlist will automatically have the discounts applied.You'll be able to add to cart directly from your Wishlist,eliminating the need to search for the products during the Black Friday rush.

Shopping In-Store?
All 14 Burnt Stores, across the country will run the Black Friday sales from the November 24th to December 1st. Limited quantities available in store. Note: Only credit & debit card payments are accepted. NO CASH.
I ordered online; can I exchange in store?
Yes, orders placed online, will be allowed to be exchanged in store for a different size or product that is available in store.
How long will it take to get my Black Friday Order?
While we aim for quick delivery, slight delays may occur over the Black Friday period. We thank you for your understanding.
Standard Shipping Timeframes:
- South Africa Domestic: 1 - 3 Working Days
- International: 1 - 7 Working Days
Can I change my order if I forget to add something?
Regrettably, we're unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. However, if you'd like to modify your purchase, you can easily request an exchange after receiving your parcel.
