At Burnt, we’re committed to delivering your premium activewear and accessories swiftly and securely, no matter where you are. We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, whether you're shopping within South Africa or internationally.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on qualifying local orders. In order to qualify for free shipping your cart total must be equal to or more than R1250 (Excluding digital items).

STANDARD LOCAL

For local orders under the value of R1250, we offer a standard local shipping rate of R80. This flat rate is only available for domestic orders in South Africa.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We now offer express shipping to main centers in South Africa! This is charged at a R120 flat rate and will be delivered in 1-2 days after the order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipments are handled by DHL. You will be quoted a shipping rate at checkout based on the address you enter. If you do not see your country listed at checkout please shop at burnt.co.

How long does local delivery take?

Local delivery time is 1-5 business days, after shipping (depending on delivery location).

  • Cape Town and surrounds: ±1-2 days
  • Main Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban etc.): ±2-3 days
  • Outlying Areas: ±3-5 days

Express Shipping:

For customers who have selected our express shipping option, please note that this is only available in main centres. Your order needs to be placed before 11:00am on weekdays and will be delivered within 1-2 business days after shipping.


How do I return a local order?

If an item is to be returned you need to have all the original packing, labels (still on the products), sanitary stickers (when it is Swimwear), all items must be clean, unworn, unwashed & unused. Customers wishing to exchange or return merchandise must fill out the exchange form within thirty (30) days after receiving the parcel. Regarding returns, you will be credited with the ZAR amount of the returned item in the form of a Burnt Studios voucher (Please note: No returns/credit on the shipping costs).

We offer one free exchange per local order, shipped within the parameters of South Africa. After that, local shipping is calculated at R80.00 one way. For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs and any relevant duties of an exchange.


Do delivery times differ on major sale days?

We’d love to guarantee no delays but we receive thousands of orders during Black Friday and other major sales. Keep in mind that once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands and with Courier Guy so you will also need to account for the Courier Guy delays. We always try to get your order to you as fast as possible!


How long does international delivery take?

International delivery time is around 7 business days. 

International shipments are handled by DHL. They have an automatic system that quotes you on shipping according to your location. Simply enter your delivery address at checkout and you will see what the shipping will cost you. Delays may occur as a result of customs clearance or availability on air freight planes. 

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and link to where you can track your order. You will receive your email in ±1 business day after you have placed your order.

Please note: The courier company may contact you if you need to pay tax and duties to the tax authorities of the specific country upon import of the goods. This is legislation out of our control and we cannot be held reliable for any additional tax or duty fees.
