By purchasing a ticket to the Burnt Lisbon Collection Launch Event, you agree to the following terms:

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances.

• Participation is at your own risk. Burnt Studios, One Flow, and associated instructors or staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, including classes and use of wellness facilities such as the sauna and ice baths.

• No previews of the Lisbon Collection will be provided prior to the event. Early access is exclusive to event attendees and will be revealed on the day.

• Attendees must bring their own drinking water and a change of clothing. These will not be supplied by Burnt Studios.

• Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience for all participants. Late arrivals may miss key parts of the event.

• Burnt Studios reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, offerings, or guest instructors if necessary.

• By attending, you consent to photography and videography, which may be used in future Burnt marketing and promotional materials.

• All products included in the ticket (Lisbon Collection items, goodie bag, etc.) are pre-selected and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• The ticket price for the event on the website takes into account the most expensive top and bottom in the collection. If, on the day, you opt for two items which are less than the listed sale price of the ticket, you will receive a gift card for the difference.
