This is for the women new to the gym, who want to build confidence and strength but need some guidance on where to start.
Its for the women who want to maintain their fitness in the busiest of times, whether that be through a busy schedule at work, studying or even staying healthy while on holiday.
This program is for ANY woman looking to prioritise their health and fitness and get their body moving.
- 4 weeks of workouts.
- 3 workouts a week in efficient 30 minute sessions + 1 day of cardio
- A game plan explaining everything you need to know for the program
- Photos and video demonstrations of each exercise
- Follow along warm, cool down and stretch routines

- 4 weekly healthy habit additional mini eBooks on diet and recovery tips to make sure you get the most success out of the program.

The workouts are short and effective and can be done at home, in the gym or even on holiday.
All you need is 30 minutes, a set of dumbbells.
You will target and tone your full body in the program. There are 3 resistance training workouts in the week and 1 functional training workout each week.
