I’m a 50-year-old runner, and these running shorts are honestly one of the best I’ve worn! They fit perfectly, stay in place, and most importantly — they don’t creep up while running. The fabric is light, comfortable, and breathable, making long runs so much more enjoyable.
I’ve tried many running shorts over the years (including some of the big brands), but this one truly stands out! It’s the only pair I’ve found with two practical pockets — one fits my phone perfectly, and the other easily holds my gels, tissues, and jelly babies. The 6-inch length stays exactly in place and doesn’t ride up, which is such a win.

The waistband is a little snug for me — as a 50-year-old runner with softer skin than the younger ladies, it creates a small “love handle.” (I usually wear a size small but in this case i purchased a medium) It’s a minor thing, though, and probably won’t be an issue for most women. Overall, these shorts are comfortable, functional, and absolutely worth it! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, flattering pair of running shorts!
