To care for your Active Jewellery, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals. You can clean your pieces with warm water and mild soap to maintain their shine and durability.

The standard discolouration warranty for all active jewellery is 6 months from the date of purchase. Earrings are non-returnable for reasons of safety and hygiene.

The warranty is not applicable to damages including broken clasps, chains, and day-to-day wear and tear.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:

• faults resulting from normal wear and tear; damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
• damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product
• damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product; and
• where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

Please note, the Burnt Team will first examine the item by means of either image or physical examination. Burnt reserves the right to not grant an exchange if deemed that the fault is not a factory fault. T's & C's Apply.

Delivery in South Africa takes about 1-5 working days from when your order has been shipped. E.g. If you order on a Saturday, your package will be shipping on Monday and will reach you within that week.

On average this is when you can expect your delivery with standard local shipping:

1. Cape Town and surrounds: ±1-2 working days
2. Main Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, etc.): ± 2-3 working days
3. Outlying Areas: ± 3-5 working days
   

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel all the way to your door. You can also track your order by visiting the "Track Your Order" tab under "Resources" on our website footer navigation. All you need is your order number!
