I have run a few races on other running programs, and I have not trained on any programs as structured as the Burnt Run Your BEST HM program. Each session is explained in detail and even gives the warm up and cool down exercises (BONUS). To add on to the already great program they also provide you with a lot of additional tips and tricks, from nutrition, fuelling and how to setup your Garmin. I can not recommend the program enough!! BUY IT IMMEDIATELY!🧡

Nic has been working as a run coach for several years having coached 100's of runners through his practice and running club. He is a Biokineticist, Comrades silver medalist and sub 2h45 marathon runner. Lastly, he is the trusted personal coach to our co-founder, Andriana.
Uleen is a trainer and lifestyle coach. Her mission is to lead others towards their own health and fitness goals all while encouraging a well-rounded balanced lifestyle.
Over the years, Jesse has had the privilege of learning from top coaches in South Africa and has honed his expertise through guiding over 1000 clients as their online trainer.
