HOW IS BURNT STRONG DIFFERENT TO BURNT TONE AND ON THE MOVE?
Burnt Strong is the most advanced of the three programs. The workouts use a full spectrum of equipment in a gym with new routines, techniques and exercises.
On the Move can be done at home with a single set of dumbbells. Burnt Tone can be done in the gym with a range of dumbbells and barbells and Burnt Strong requires a fully equipped gym.
If you are new to training we would recommend starting with On the Move, progressing to Burnt Tone and finishing with Burnt Strong as the last program you do out of the set.

WORKOUT STRUCTURE
The program has been structured with a 5-day split.
- 4 Resistance Training Workouts (50 Minutes Each)
- 1 Cardio Day of your choice
- 2 Active Rest Days
The 4-resistance training sessions a week are split into 2 Upper Body Workouts and 2 Lower Body Workouts.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Burnt Strong is a gym based program and you will need access to a full range of gym equipment and machines.
*Note: This program cannot be completed at home.
