- 5 day workout split: 4 gym workouts a week + 1 day for Cardio of your choice
- Resistance training workouts - Dumbbell & Barbell based

The program has been structured with a 5-day split.
- 4 Resistance Training Workouts (45 Minutes Each)
- 1 Cardio Day of your choice
- 2 Rest Days
The 4-resistance training sessions a week are split into 1 Upper Body, 1 Lower Body and 2 Full Body days. The 2 Full Body workouts incorporate core and pelvic floor exercises into either a Lower Body or Upper Body routine.
Burnt Tone is a gym-based program, and you will need access to a gym to complete the program.
You will need access to a variety of dumbbell and barbell weights as well as a bench and either a smith machine or squat rack.
*NOTE: Should you want to complete the workouts at home the program can be adjusted to dumbbell only however you will still require access to a variety of weights to increase your load as the program progresses.
