Join us on the 16th of May 2025 for the exclusive launch of our Lisbon Collection. We’ll meet at the Burnt Clubhouse, then head to One Flow for an unforgettable experience with the Burnt team. Enjoy early access to the collection, connect with the community, and be part of something special. Limited tickets available.

Burnt Clubhouse Address: 10 Clyde Road, Greenpoint, Cape Town.

One Flow Address: The Rockwell, 32 Prestwich St, Green Point, Cape Town.
What's Included?

Please note: you will need to bring your own drinking water for the class and a change of clothing for after. You will also need any items required to shower after the class. This will not be supplied by Burnt Studios.

Event Schedule
  • 6:45AM - 7AM: Arrive at Burnt Clubhouse, Greenpoint (Parking at P14)
  • 7:40AM: Walk to OneFlow
  • 8:30AM: Kettlebell strength class led by Cam
  • 9:30AM: Contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge) led by Jeanae with electrolyte handout after
  • 10:30AM: 25-minute walk back to Burnt Clubhouse

Please note: All equipment required for the day will be provided by One Flow.
