Burnt Out 100 Event T's & C's

These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket sales for participation in the Burnt Out 100 event hosted by Burnt.

 

1. Ticket Eligibility & Purchase

Participation in the Burnt Out 100 is limited to a few teams of 4 members each.

3 teams will consist of Burnt staff and athletes.

The remaining 10 team slots were awarded via a raffle, where selected entrants were given the opportunity to purchase a team ticket.

Only individuals or groups who were successfully drawn through the raffle may purchase a ticket for participation.

 

2. Ticket Price & Inclusions

Each team ticket is sold at R20,000.00, covering one team of 4 participants.

The ticket includes:

Entry into the Burnt Out 100 race

On-site accommodation for the duration of the event

Catering (meals provided as per event schedule)

 

3. Non-Transferrable Tickets

Tickets are non-transferrable to individuals outside of the original team once purchased.

However, if a team can no longer participate, they may resell the full team ticket to another group of 4.

If a member of the team can no longer participate, it is the team’s responsibility to ensure they find a replacement.

 

4. Resale Process

A member of the Burnt Team will reach out to the ticket holders email 2 weeks before to lock in & confirm all the team members. You don't need to contact us before that point, but you will need to confirm 4x team members when we reach out.

 

5. Important Notes

Tickets may not be used for commercial resale or promotional giveaways.

Burnt reserves the right to deny entry to any participant or team that has not followed the correct resale and communication procedures.

All participants must agree to and comply with the event's general terms of participation, including safety guidelines and code of conduct, which will be provided ahead of the event.

Once raffle winners are contacted with an offer to purchase a team ticket, the ticket must be purchased within 24 hours. Failure to make the purchase within this timeframe will forfeit your team ticket and another team will be contacted with an offer to purchase.
