Everything you need to know about our 2024 Black Friday Sale! Please take note of exchange, return and order change policies for the sale period.

Can I return or exchange an item purchased on the Black Friday sale?

Yes, items purchased on the Black Friday sale may be returned or exchanged within a 30-day period (no exceptions). Please note, however, that sale items are only refundable to gift card and not the original payment method. If you made the purchase with a gift card, you will be refunded in the same method.


Can I change my order if I forgot to add something?

Regrettably, we're unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. If you forgot to add an item to your order, please place a new order for the forgotten item(s).

If you'd like to modify your purchase, you can easily request an exchange after receiving your parcel. Simply fill out the exchange form available here.


Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, we’re unable to adjust shipping addresses on major sale days. Please double-check all details before completing your order. If you forgot to add something to your order kindly place a new order for the item(s).


How long will it take to get my Black Friday order?

Please refer to our frequently asked order questions for delivery times in South Africa. While we aim for quick delivery, slight delays may occur over the Black Friday period. We thank you for your understanding!

If you experience any issues with your delivery after you have received your shipping confirmation email, please contact support@bobgo.co.za with your name, address, tracking number and description of your issue. The team at BobGo will be able to assist you directly.

Please note that the Burnt customer service phone line will be down for Black Friday.
